CRA Standards, Best Practice & Quality Assurance – USA

The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) announced that it has completed the 2020R1 release of the CIECA standards for the collision industry.

“The highlight of the release is a new automated build process for the publication of CIECA standards,” said Charley Quirt, technical project coordinator for CIECA. “This is a significant change and will help ensure consistency and provide better quality assurance.”

CIECA will host a CIECAST webinar about the release on July 28, 2020 at 11 am CST titled, “CIECA 2020R1 Standards Release – Enhanced Quality Assurance Tools & Processes.” Andy Bober, a software engineer at Entegral, played a key role in the development of the release and will share information about the new build process. Bober has more than 20 years of experience in IT. Following the presentation, there will be a Q & A session.
