CRA’s goal is to ensure the optimisation of our members’ businesses. To do that, we concentrate on industry-needs that the proactive body shop owner does not have time to focus on, including the constant changes in legislation, statutory compliance support, relationship mentoring with government and insurers on mark-up and labour rates, as well as aiding consumer choice on service expectation.

As with any association, annual membership fees are payable to cover administration costs and our membership is based on a grading system. Our membership is extended to industry related service providers and equipment suppliers who have a similar vision and business ethics.

We thank you for your interest in joining our valued family of quality autobody repairers. As a CRA Member, you are among like-minded entrepreneurs and business owners.
