A motor vehicle accident can happen in the blink of an eye. We all deal with stress in different ways and even a person with a great memory my not remember what information they need to get from a 3rd party in the event of a motor vehicle accident.
We wish that you never have to use the Accident Assist Checklist but it’s always better to be safe than sorry.
Collision Repairers Association (CRA) has designed this Checklist to assist you in your hour of need. All you have to do is print the Accident Assist Checklist out and place it in your vehicle’s glove compartment, centre console or seat pocket so that in case of an accident, you can use the checklist to collect all the necessary information at the scene of the accident. This will assist you to later report the accident to the nearest Police Station as well as to your Insurance Company. It is important to do this for each of your vehicles.
