NEASA will be conducting an informal workshop webinar to ensure that business owners, managers, HR- and IR managers are adequately trained to initiate disciplinary hearings successfully.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives include providing delegates with an understanding of the:
- roles and responsibilities of the initiator
- disciplinary code of conduct and policies
- disciplinary hearings
- incapacity inquiries
- preparing evidence & how to present your case
