Manassas, Virginia – The Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA) has transformed its annual ARA Auto Recycling Buyer’s Guide printed resource with the creation of a new online companion guide.

The new online guide is designed to equip automotive recyclers with the critical information updated in real-time, as well as expanded vendor profiles, supplier news, and more.

The printed annual Buyer’s Guide has been a mainstay of ARA’s member benefits package for many years, providing valuable information to assist in the decision-making process when shopping for industry products and services.

“We are excited to deliver this type of detailed information to the membership,” said ARA Executive Director, Sandy Blalock. “We believe that bringing the Buyer’s Guide into an easy-to-use online format will present more opportunities on a daily basis for automotive recyclers to engage with the vendors and suppliers that support this industry. The potential to create a dynamic online experience is endless.” While the online guide will not replace the printed Buyer’s Guide, the two formats working together allow leading-edge suppliers to reach automotive recyclers with their products and services in formats they can depend on.

“The vision for the online Auto Recycling Buyer’s Guide is to showcase ARA’s associate member companies and ARA’s loyal advertisers in a platform that serves more like a virtual trade show, including their real-time information,” said Caryn Smith, publisher of the Buyer’s Guide and Automotive Recycling magazine. “Every day, ARA leaders and staff are asked for service or supplier recommendations. Auto recyclers have relied upon the printed guide for many years, yet it had limitations. With the extended reach that an online format affords, it offers unlimited potential for expanded listings, current offers, company news and information, videos, press releases, and more.”

ARA’s new online Auto Recycling Buyer’s Guide allows companies and auto recyclers to quickly establish an informed and dynamic business relationship, extending business from a trade show floor to a more digital experience.
